My approach to therapy is post-modern and client-centered, one that is based upon collaboration, motivation, and human agency. Each individual’s life is a series of personal known truths and narratives, and it is through these stories that we define ourselves and make meaning of our lives. I will help you address and move through these perceptions and views, to create a purposeful and meaningful life.
The therapeutic relationship between the therapist and client is an important one. I provide a place of trust, openness, and non-judgment while using evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
We are dedicated to being there for you at every step of your journey. Our goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.
